Luca joined Pure Holding AG mid-2020. Due to his business background, he quickly became involved in the operational part of the company and has been working as a Strategic Assistant to the former Group CEO before assuming his current role. His transition was marked by a seamless integration of innovative strategies and a deep commitment to operational excellence, positioning him as a pivotal figure in steering the organization towards unprecedented growth and efficiency.
His quick apprehension and competence profile made him a versatile all-rounder for the company. This was also one of the reasons why Luca assumed a more prominent role in the Holding as Business Development Manager. Luca brings business expertise driving the company’s long-term business strategies to foster its growth.
Luca holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from the University of St. Gallen. Building on this strong foundation, he pursued further academic excellence and completed his Master’s degree in Accounting & Finance from the same institution. Prior to joining Pure Holding AG, Luca gained valuable experience during his tenure at KPMG in Zurich.
